We were delighted to welcome residents, families, friends and members of our local community to our recent Open Day at Ashley Gardens Care Home.

With sunshine, delicious food, music and plenty of smiles, it was a wonderful afternoon filled with friendship, laughter and togetherness. Most importantly, it gave everyone the chance to spend quality time together and enjoy the welcoming atmosphere of our home.

Good Food & Great Company 🍔🍰

There was plenty to enjoy, with a delicious selection of BBQ favourites, sandwiches, cakes and refreshments served throughout the afternoon.

Residents enjoyed sitting with their families and guests, sharing good food and conversation while making the most of the beautiful garden.

Sometimes, it’s the simplest things — good food, sunshine and good company — that create the most memorable moments.

Music, Laughter & Family Time 🎶❤️

Music helped bring the afternoon to life, creating a cheerful and relaxed atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.

Our residents had the opportunity to spend precious time with their loved ones, chat with visitors and share plenty of smiles and laughter.

For us, one of the loveliest parts of the day was simply seeing everyone together, enjoying the sunshine, sharing stories and making memories.

Fun for the Little Ones 🌈

Our younger visitors had plenty of fun too!

Face painting was a particular favourite, with colourful designs bringing lots of excitement and smiles to the afternoon.

Seeing the children enjoying themselves added an extra sense of fun to the day and made our Open Day truly special for all generations.

Bringing Our Community Together 🤝

Our Open Day was about much more than food and activities. It was an opportunity to bring people together.

Residents were able to spend meaningful time with their families, reconnect with friends and welcome new faces from our local community.

At Ashley Gardens, we value these shared experiences. They help create a home that feels warm, friendly, connected and full of life.
